Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure quality and satisfaction with every order. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Items fulfilled via Printful

Most of our printed products, home decor, and accessories are made to order through our third-party provider Printful.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size, color, or design if the product was made according to the information you provided (as these are print-on-demand items).

  • If you receive a damaged item, defect, or incorrect order, please send photos of the issue to lasernordaza@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in coordination with Printful.

  • Refunds are only issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved by Printful.

2. Items shipped from Estonia

For original artworks, candles, wooden items, and other handmade goods:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a production defect.
