Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure quality and satisfaction with every order. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Items fulfilled via Printful
Most of our printed products, home decor, and accessories are made to order through our third-party provider Printful.
Please note:

We do not accept returns for wrong size, color, or design if the product was made according to the information you provided (as these are print-on-demand items).

If you receive a damaged item, defect, or incorrect order, please send photos of the issue to lasernordaza@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in coordination with Printful.

Refunds are only issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved by Printful.
2. Items shipped from Estonia
For original artworks, candles, wooden items, and other handmade goods:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a production defect.
